We increase positive communication, uncover the value of different perspectives, hold space for hard conversations, and nurture diverse teams, especially around diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The Creative Facilitations Team has been chosen with all forms of diversity in mind. We are sought after global experts who believe in learning something from everyone while making a positive impact. We are known for kindness, authenticity, empathy, optimism, ability to connect dots, and patience meeting people where they are. We adeptly work across cultures. We are warm, curious, caring, and loving, and our meaning is fulfilled when we connect people so they can thrive.

Our History

We work globally with corporations, non-profit organizations, universities, and governments, and have done so for 25+ years. We started by developing and leading youth trips and study abroad programs that changed lives. Research proved that adults learn best this way too, so we incorporated experiential activities and belonging-building adventures into employee training with much success.

After doing educational program development in Oceana, Europe, and Africa, international aid in war-torn countries in the Middle East, and university teaching in Asia and the Americas, Big Tech came knocking and we said YES to designing and facilitating L&D courses (mostly DEI). Areas of focus include – DEI, allyship, team communication, intercultural leadership development, appreciation, and trauma-informed resilience.
